There is so much stress and pressure in our culture today.
And our teens are not immune from it, either.
In addition to seasonal or weather-related issues, (you know, the “post-Christmas blues” or the “end of summer slump”) they may also be dealing with other concerns:

- difficult coursework…
- balancing work and studies…
- quirky relationships…

Scroll down and shoot me your name and email address if you want to get your own copy of them. If you decide to print one or two or all of them, each will print on a full sheet of 8.5 X 11 paper. Feel free to laminate your favorites!
